The eSmoke Brand PRO Series electronic cigarette batteries are specially designed 8mm, E8 style ecigarette batteries. These lithium ion rechargable batteries are designed to last a very long time. They are made to fit all 8mm ecigarettes.
The Pro Series ecigarette batteries come equipped with a pressure sensing diode at the tip that senses when you take a puff and activates the heating coil in the ecigarette cartomizer.

The battery technology has changed for the better in the last several months. I did not think that ecigs could really get any better, but they did. The charge lasts longer than the older style batteries and the flow sensor is not as sensitive so it does not go off just by tapping on the battery the way they used to. Now the flow sensor will stay on as long as you are puffing on it, it does not have a 3 second cut-off time any more.
