All eSmoke cartridges, including the ones that come in your eSmoke Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit, come pre-filled with liquid that was MADE IN THE USA and batch tested at a third party independant laboratory. At eSmoke we want to be comfortable that all our raw ingredients come from the purest sources and that our cartridges are consistent in nature. Every cartridge that comes from us has been tested to ensure it contains no contaminants and that the nicotine level specified is accurate.

Because we manufacture our own devices and eLiquid, eSmoke products are almost always in-stock and ready to ship. Shipments take place daily Monday through Friday and ship from our New Jersey facility.
