What is the difference between the PRO series and the Sensation series?
The Sensation is available in multiple different kit options (Sensation Starter Kit, Sensation Basic Starter Kit, USB Express Starter Kit) while the Micro Deluxe is only offered in one. Depending on the Sensation kit chosen the differences vary but comparing it to the Sensation Starter Kit the differences are as follows: The Sensation Starter Kit and Micro Deluxe Starter kit both come with 2 batteries, a usb charger, wall charger and manual. The Sensation batteries are 9mm in diameter while the Micro Deluxe is 8mm in diameter. Because of the difference in battery diameter the Sensation batteries naturally last longer then the Micro Deluxe batteries. The Micro Deluxe comes with a carrying case, the Sensation does not. The Micro Deluxe comes with 3 cartridges the Sensation comes with 5. Because of the smaller battery and shorter battery life we generally recommend the Sensation Starter Kit to customers as it will provide a better experience. The Micro Deluxe is generally recommended for customers who already have a Sensation Starter Kit and are just looking for an extra device that is a bit smaller and lighter.
How much nicotine is in the replacement cartridges?
Replacement nicotine cartridges have different levels of nicotine in them. The nicotine levels range from about 0 – 18mg and some have even have more nicotine. Each level is meant to correspond to real cigarettes in the following manner: * High cartriges have ~18mg of nicotine which is about as much as a regular cigarette * Medium cartridges have ~12mg of nicotine which is about as much as a light cigarette * Low cartridges have ~6mg of nicotine which is about as much as an ultra light cigartte * Zero cartridges have 0mg nicotine
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined propylene glycol to be “generally recognized as safe” for use in food, cosmetics, and medicines. It is used in food coloring, and flavoring, as an additive to keep food, medicines and cosmetics moist, and in machines that simulate smoke, although usage in simulating smoking devices is not currently included in the list of uses generally recognized as safe by the FDA. Propylene glycol is used in electronic smoking devices to make the water vapor appear more like smoke and to keep the cartridges from drying out and losing flavor.
How do the ingredients in electronic cigarettes compare to those in regular smoking products?
Electronic cigarettes contain water, propylene glycol, nicotine, a scent that emulates a tobacco flavor, other flavorings, and a membrane to suspend the ingredients. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has determined propylene glycol to be “generally recognized as safe” for use in food, cosmetics, and medicines although use in simulated smoking devices is not currently included in the list of usages generally recognized as safe.
What are the main benefits / advantages of electronic cigarettes?

How long do batteries take to recharge?
When You first get it you should recharge it for a full six hours, after that it should take 2-3 hours to charge.
How long do the batteries typically last before needing a recharge?
Electronic cigarette batteries will last 1 – 3 days before re-charging, depending upon the style of battery (pen-style, mini, cigar etc.) and intensity of usage. Longevity will vary by individual as well. On many devices the indicator light on the tip will blink 20-30 times when the battery is getting low on power. Manufacturers and suppliers suggest carrying spare batteries and a charger when traveling or during other times when high usage is anticipated.
Can I use eCigs where smoking is not permitted?
Since use of eCig products does not involve fire or the burning of tobacco with the resulting odor or health risks of second-hand smoke, their use should not violate any smoking prohibition.
What is the smoke that is released from The eCig?
The smoke that is released from The eCig is simply a harmless vapor that evaporates in the air within seconds. eCigs leave no residue in the air, and causes no second hand smoke to your loved ones or others around you. They don't leave a foul odor on your clothes or surroundings. eCigs won't cause yellow stains on your fingers or teeth.
Is nicotine harmful to my health?
Nicotine is a stimulant comparable to caffeine. The eig is only recommended to current smokers, people who are already addicted to nicotine. As with any stimulants the user should set personal limitations.
